How many people are in each team?
If you are 12 or less then you’ll normally play as one team. If you’re more than this then you’ll be split into two teams!
Where do you hold It’s a Knockout?
Our events are held at three locations, Bristol, Cardiff & London. Bristol address: The Clanage, Clanage Road, Bower Ashton BS3 2JX. Cardiff address: St. Peters RFC Minster Rd Roath Cardiff CF23 5AS. London address: Priory Ln, London SW15 5JH. Please confirm the address in your final information pack.
Is transport provided?
No it’s not however please call the office on 0117 9119878 and we will help you arrange.
What times do the event start and finish?
Please arrive on site for 11.30am. The event finishes around 2 – 2:30pm. Please check on timings in London, as some start earlier.
Are there age restrictions?
It’s a Knockout is designed for adults, however special requests are under managements discretion.
Is there parking on site?
Yes… plenty of parking in all locations! However dogs are not permitted on site.
How many games will we play?
You will normally play six activities. These can vary from week to week – but you can have a look at our games here: https://allstaractiondays.com/knockout-games
Does bad weather affect the event?
In very rare situations where there are high winds present we may have to cancel an event for the safety of our staff and clients. On these occasions we will contact you to discuss the next steps.
Is food and drink available?
We provide a bottle of water for every contender during the half time break. Unfortunately we do not have any food facilities on site – however our event team will be happy to recommend local shops and pubs.
What should we wear?
Please wear comfortable clothes that do not restrict your movement. We highly recommend tying hair back and removing jewellery for your comfort and safety. Please also bring a change of clothes as you might get wet! Shoes are not permitted on the inflatables.
Is there somewhere to keep valuables?
We’d advise leaving valuables in your car as we wouldn’t want them to get lost or damaged on our activities. We can look after keys and valuables at the reception on site, though please note we can not be held responsible for them, or any valuables left in your car.
Can friends & family watch?
Those not taking part are more than welcome on site – however, please ensure your friends/family keep a safe distance away from the activities and ensure they are not disrupting event staff.
Are there photos?
Our photographer is at every event and will photograph all events as they take place. These will be made available on our Facebook page (facebook.com/knockoutbristol) normally the day after the event. You are free to use these photos as you wish – there is no charge.
